Common questions
Answers to what people ask most.
WooCommerce only AJAX-adds to cart from shop/category buttons by default — the single product page still reloads the whole page unless you turn on Side Cart → Settings → General → “AJAX add to cart on product page”. If the drawer still doesn’t slide open automatically after that, check “Auto-open on add to cart” right below it.
The bar reads your store’s own WooCommerce “Free shipping” method directly — it has no separate threshold of its own. Check WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → the zone your customer is in, and confirm the Free shipping method is enabled with the minimum order amount you expect.
Only one campaign can be Active at a time. Open Progressive Discount → Campaigns and check status there — if the previous campaign is still marked Active, set it to Draft or Disabled once the new one is ready.
That’s controlled per campaign. If “Allow with coupon” is off, the campaign simply won’t apply while any coupon is active. If it’s on, a percentage reward can be set to calculate off the already-discounted subtotal rather than the original one — open the campaign’s coupon settings to see which mode it’s using.
That’s the automatic fallback (Level 3): it only appears when a product has no bundle of its own (Level 1) and no mass rule matches it (Level 2), and by default it suggests same-category products, not order history. Add a product-specific bundle or a mass rule, or go to Smart Cross Sell → Global Settings → Global Fallback to switch the source to Tag/Random or turn it off.
When two rules could match the same product, the higher priority number wins — product-specific bundles default to 100, mass rules use whatever priority you set, and the automatic fallback sits at 0. Check Smart Cross Sell → Bundles for a conflicting rule with a higher priority. Each bundle also holds up to 4 companion products, so split a longer list across two rules.
On the old site, go to EcomDrama → License in wp-admin and deactivate it, then activate the same key under EcomDrama → License on the new site. If you no longer have access to the old site, write to us with the licence key and we’ll free it up on our end.
Your storefront never breaks — the cart drawer, discount bar and bundles keep running for shoppers no matter what. What stops is saving changes in that plugin’s settings screens and receiving automatic updates, and only after a short grace period, so a late renewal doesn’t catch you mid-edit. Renew any time from My Account → Licenses.
Yes — write to us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked.
No — those are two different actions. The Renew button on an existing licence (My Account → Licenses) extends that same licence. Buying the product again from the shop creates a brand new, independent licence instead, which is only what you want if it’s genuinely for a second site.
Nothing matches your search. Ask us directly — that’s what we’re here for.

A good ticket gets solved in one reply instead of five. Three things help the most:
- 1What you expected and what happened instead.
- 2A link to the page where it happens.
- 3Your theme and any cart or checkout plugins running alongside.
