You can’t grow what you can’t see. WooCommerce already records every order your store takes, but turning those orders into answers — what actually sells, where your buyers come from, and whether the plugins you pay for earn their keep — usually means spreadsheets, a separate analytics tool, or guesswork. EcomDrama Analytics brings those answers into WordPress, from the orders you already have.
Reports from the orders you already have
There is nothing to connect and no tracking code to add. When you activate EcomDrama Analytics, it reads your past orders in the background — you can keep working while it does — and your reports open by themselves when it’s done. From then on, new, changed and refunded orders are picked up within a minute.
Because it works from your orders, it counts them the way WooCommerce Analytics does: the same order statuses, refunds on the day they were made, your store’s currency and timezone. The totals line up with the numbers you already know.
What’s inside
- Overview — net sales, orders, average order value and the revenue the EcomDrama plugins influenced, against the previous period or the same period last year.
- Products — what sells, how often it’s bought together with something a plugin suggested, and how much of its revenue the plugins brought in.
- Sources — where your buyers come from, read from WooCommerce’s order attribution: search, social, email, campaigns, referrals.
- Journeys — the path behind each order, from the first visit to the purchase.
- Customers — new and returning buyers, and who comes back.
- Opportunities — a few concrete suggestions, recalculated every night from your recent orders.
Every report has the same bar on top for the period, the comparison and filters, and every number has a short definition behind the i next to it.
See what each EcomDrama plugin really adds
This is the part no other report can show you. Smart Cross Sell, Side Cart and Progressive Discount each leave a small note on the orders they take part in, and Plugin impact turns those notes into one tab per plugin: how much revenue the plugin touched, what it cost you in discounts and free gifts, and how orders with it compare with orders without it.
- Smart Cross Sell — every bundle with its orders, revenue, discount and gift value, and a Before / after view for each one.
- Side Cart — the revenue from the drawer’s cross-sell cards, and where order totals land against your free-shipping minimum.
- Progressive Discount — how many orders reached each reward step, and how many stopped just below it.
Each order is counted once, so the three plugins’ revenue adds up to the total — no double counting when a bundle and a reward meet in the same cart. EcomDrama Analytics works without any of them too; a plugin you don’t run simply shows what you’d see with it.
A weekly summary in your inbox
A dashboard widget compares the last seven days with the seven before, and an optional weekly email sends the essentials to up to five people: net sales, orders, best sellers, what each plugin added, a couple of recommendations — and an alert only when something needs a look, such as average order value or orders dropping sharply.
Your data stays on your site
EcomDrama Analytics adds no tracking script to your storefront, sets no cookies on your visitors and sends no order or customer data anywhere. It keeps a summary of each order in its own tables, without names, email addresses or postal addresses, and it never changes your WooCommerce orders.
Free with your plugin
EcomDrama Analytics has no license of its own. It comes free with a paid license of the EcomDrama plugins that include it — look for Analytics on the plugin’s pricing card. Download it from My Account → Downloads next to the plugin you bought; the same license key activates both.
Just getting started? Below 20 orders the reports show your progress first, and you can explore a demo store — a fictional coffee shop with a year of orders and all three plugins at work — to see everything before your own data fills in.
