These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every purchase, free licence and download from ecomdrama.com. By placing an order or downloading a plugin, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Who we are
ecomdrama.com and the EcomDrama plugins are operated by Strive Sport LTD, registered in Bulgaria (“EcomDrama”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@ecomdrama.com.
Our plugins are built for businesses running a WooCommerce store. By buying, you confirm that you are acting for your business and that you are at least 18 years old.
What you buy
You buy a licence for one or more EcomDrama plugins for WordPress and WooCommerce (for example Side Cart, Progressive Discount or Smart Cross Sell). The product page shows what the licence includes before you buy:
- The plugin(s) covered by the licence, and any plugin included free with it (for example EcomDrama Analytics with a paid licence)
- How long the licence runs — usually 1 year from the date of purchase
- On how many sites the licence can be activated
Free licences (for example during a promotion) and trial licences follow the same Terms, with the duration and limits shown when you claim them. We may end a promotion at any time; licences already issued keep working for their stated duration.
Your licence
While your licence is active, you get:
- Updates for the licensed plugins, delivered in your WordPress dashboard and in My Account
- Email support at support@ecomdrama.com
The licence lets you install and use the plugins on as many sites as your activation limit allows, for your own stores or for stores you build for clients. You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish your licence key, or redistribute the plugins as your own product.
When a licence expires, updates and support stop until you renew it. Licences do not renew automatically: we may remind you by email before expiry, and you decide whether to renew.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site in euros. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If you need a company invoice, tick “I need a company invoice” at checkout and add your company details.
Your licence key is created as soon as your payment is confirmed and is sent to you by email. You can also find it, with your downloads, in My Account.
Refunds
Every paid order comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. How it works is described in our Refund Policy.
Using the plugins
The plugins work with WordPress and WooCommerce as stated on each plugin’s page and in its documentation. Before installing a plugin or an update on a live store, we recommend testing it on a staging site and keeping a backup.
We work hard to keep the plugins compatible with current versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and popular themes, but we cannot guarantee that they will work with every theme, plugin or custom code, or that they will be free of errors. Where a plugin does not work as described, contact support and we will try to fix it or, within the refund period, refund you.
Liability
The plugins are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, arising from the use of or inability to use the plugins. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your licence
We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used against these Terms (for example a shared or resold key), or whose payment was reversed or refunded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order. We will change the “Last updated” date whenever we make changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
