Progressive Discount is a WooCommerce add-on that rewards shoppers for growing their cart value — percentage or fixed discounts, free shipping, or a free gift product, unlocked as the cart total crosses thresholds you define.
Requirements
The plugin requires WordPress 6.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, and an active WooCommerce install — it will not activate without WooCommerce present. It declares compatibility with WooCommerce’s High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), so it works whether your store has HPOS enabled or not.
One thing worth knowing before you enable it: Progressive Discount has not declared compatibility with the WooCommerce Blocks-based Cart and Checkout pages. If your store uses the block versions of those pages rather than the classic shortcode versions, check that the reward ladder still appears where you expect before relying on it in production.
Where the plugin lives in wp-admin
Progressive Discount shares a single “EcomDrama” top-level menu with Side Cart and all other EcomDrama plugins, if you have those installed too. Under it you’ll find two separate screens: Campaigns, where you build and manage your reward ladders, and Settings, where you control how the progress bar looks across your whole store.
Only one campaign runs at a time
You can keep up to 30 campaigns saved at once, but only a single campaign can be Active at any given moment — activating one automatically takes the previously active campaign out of rotation. This keeps the store from ever showing a shopper two conflicting reward ladders at once. Draft, Disabled and Archived campaigns stay saved and can be duplicated or reactivated later without rebuilding them from scratch.
