A campaign is one complete reward ladder — its thresholds, rewards, messaging and display rules all live together as a single campaign. The Campaigns screen walks you through building one in five steps.
Basic Info
Give the campaign a name and an optional internal description. Neither is shown to shoppers — they exist purely to help you and your team tell campaigns apart in the list, especially once you have several saved for different seasons or promotions.
Steps & Rewards
This is where you build the ladder itself: an ordered list of steps, each with a minimum cart total and the reward it unlocks. The next article covers exactly how these steps are evaluated and how each reward type behaves.
Display & Rules
Controls where the campaign shows up (cart, checkout, or both), whether the progress bar is enabled, how sale-priced products count toward the cart total, and how the campaign interacts with real WooCommerce coupons. Covered in detail in Display, rules and coupon behaviour.
Messages
The wording shown to shoppers while they progress toward the next reward, and the message shown once they’ve unlocked the top tier. See Writing progress messages.
Preview
A live preview of the ladder as a shopper would see it, with a slider you can drag to simulate different cart totals — useful for checking your thresholds and wording before activating the campaign on a live store.
Managing existing campaigns
From the campaigns list you can activate, disable, archive or duplicate any saved campaign. Duplicating is the fastest way to start a new seasonal variant of a ladder that already works well, without rebuilding every step by hand.
