A mass bundle is built once and shown on many products — every product in a category, with a tag, from a list, or across the whole store. Use it for accessories that fit a whole range, or for a store-wide campaign.
Creating one
Go to Smart Cross Sell → Bundles and click + New bundle. Give it a name (only you see it), then fill in the three cards and click Save bundle. New bundles start as Draft; switch them to Active to show them.
Products in this bundle
Add up to four products. The product the shopper is looking at is always part of the bundle and doesn’t count toward the four. As with product bundles, you can add a whole variable product or one specific variation, and only products that can be ordered right now are listed. Bundle value shows what the products cost together.
Where this bundle shows
- All products — every product in the store. Useful for a store-wide campaign, rarely for anything else.
- Categories or Tags — products that have the category or tag themselves. A parent category doesn’t include its subcategories: choose each category you want.
- Selected products — up to 50 products you pick.
If you save a bundle with Categories, Tags or Selected products but nothing selected, it is saved as All products. Products with their own product bundle show that one instead; the card tells you how many.
Priority (0–99) decides between mass bundles that match the same product: the higher number wins. See How bundles work.
Bundle benefit
Choose the benefit and its value; the In plain words line under it tells you what the shopper gets. See Bundle benefits.
The bundles list
The list shows every bundle — product and mass — with where it shows, its products, benefit, priority and status. Filter by Product or Mass, search by name, switch a bundle between Active and Draft right in the list, or use Preview in store to open a product page that shows it. A warning in a row means one of its products can’t be ordered right now.
